1. Experience in troubleshooting/fixing Incidents related to Twilio Flex application.

2. Should be able to refer to the logs and understand the issue and troubleshoot further for a fix.

3. Need to have a clear understanding of Twilio Flex as a service 

4. Experience in Application support environment.

5.Deploy plugins in Flex using CLI - Command Line Interface
