Experience 2 - 4 years, pune location.

Should have Linux OS experience (ubuntu, centos, redhat) and willing to work in the linux and cloud environment.

Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP)

Responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the production systems to ensure smooth operations of business-critical applications and systems by troubleshooting, monitoring performance and collaborating with teams to ensure maximum uptime and minimum downtime, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

Should have experience on the Application and Infra monitoring tools : aws cloudwatch/grafana/prometheus/splunk/nagios

Manage Production application data ingestion process, Application and Infrastructure support 24*7.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, or network systems, escalating issues when necessary.

Respond to incidents, manage the resolution process, and ensure that services are restored quickly.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of issues and prevent future occurrences.

Work closely with development and operations teams to identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates on the status of production systems.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of production issues, resolutions, and processes.

Identify and implement solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of production systems.

Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve production support.

Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production issues after business hours.

Perform basic sanity testing (Structured and unstructured data loading testing).

Scripting knowledge (Shell/Python). Scripting experience would be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge on the Devops tools Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes etc

Good communication skills.

Certification would be an added advantage.
