Understand the organization as a whole, be proactive and support managers and the HR team in creating a

best place to work

 Offer HR guidance to managers and individuals in areas including talent management, development, and

retention; career planning; succession planning; employee relations, organizational design and

effectiveness, total rewards, staffing/headcount planning and more •

 Be an advisor to employees and management regarding company policies, employee performance,

culture/work environment and other issues; resolve conflicts effectively while minimizing legal exposure.

 Remain current on HR practices along with applicable federal and local legislation and regulations and

ensure compliance across your client groups

 Handle inquiries related to policies, procedures, employee relations, total rewards, etc.

 Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment

allegations, work complaints, or other concerns.

 Participate in investigation procedures and collects data to support internal and external complaints and other

employment-related issues.

 Ensure consistent application of guidelines on employment-related processes.

 Provides effective application and interpretation of company policies and procedures.

 Ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees.

 Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

 Partner with the COE in the HR team to develop and execute people strategies and deliver results.

 Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and

engagement.
