**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and customize modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
  • Configure UI policies, workflows, client scripts, and business rules
  • Integrate with external systems (LDAP, SSO, monitoring tools)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture service management needs and translate them into platform capabilities
  • Manage asset lifecycle across hardware and software portfolios
  • Implement and maintain SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules
  • Normalize and reconcile discovery data in CMDB
  • Ensure compliance through license tracking and vendor collaboration
  • Deploy ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration
  • Configure MID Servers and CMDB data models
  • Build automation workflows and monitor system health
  • Integrate cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
