Overview

Every human cell carries crucial biological information that determines its function, behavior, and role in health and disease. However, identifying individual cell differences in microscope images remains a challenge. Traditional methods analyze images at a broader level, often grouping multiple cells together, which limits precision.

To overcome this, we developed an AI-powered model that can precisely segment and classify each individual cell, ensuring that every detected cell is correctly assigned a protein location label.
