With expertise in HR Global COE leadership, M&A, and large-scale organizational transformations, Neeru is a seasoned leader in navigating complex business changes. She has successfully led complex HR operations across multinational corporations, private equity, and venture capital-backed technology firms in diverse sectors including IT, IT-enabled services (ITES), banking and financial services (BFS), product engineering, and B2B SaaS. Her global experience spans key regions such as APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM.

Neeru is a certified leadership and transition coach passionate about helping leaders grow and adapt in times of change. She is committed to evolving HR from a traditional support function into a strategic, business-aligned capability—one that drives performance, shapes culture, and fuels growth.

Her ability to partner effectively with the C-suite and board-level leadership has consistently translated into impactful, future-forward people strategies.

She holds a master’s degree in human resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, India.

Outside of her professional role, Neeru is a nature enthusiast who loves the hills and is actively involved in NGOs supporting underprivileged children. She is a former national-level hockey player and athlete who strongly commits to fitness and an active lifestyle.
